Miso Making Workshop Hosted by OurCookQuest

We welcome you to join us for our miso applications and making workshop. The two hour knowledge share will cover a variety of miso applications to enhance your cooking beyond miso soup like: hoisin sauce, umami hollandaise, quick pickles and miso candy. We will demonstrate how to apply the method of making miso to create unique flavorful pastes with a variety of protein possibilities. At the end of the session, you will start a modern miso to take home. Tastings of selected makes & applications will be provided throughout. A late lunch at the end of the class will be served at 1 PM.

THE ULTIMATE FRIED CHICKEN MONDAY THROWDOWN
Chef Nicco Muratore and Commonwealth Cambridge are hosting The Ultimate Fried Chicken Monday Throwdown! 6:30-8:30 PM.
This special Fried Chicken Monday will pit Nicco against Chef Rob of Hojoko and Chef Derrick of Pagu for a little friendly competition. After guests vote, the winner takes home serious bragging rights and a secret prize. A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Friends of The Peabody School Charity.
A $15 ticket gets you a taste of all three fried chicken dishes and a voting ballot.
